This semester introduces students to the core principles of leadership dynamics, and the role of leadership in guiding a congregation. Topics include biblical basics, types of ministries and leadership principles.
Foundations of Ministry and Leadership
This course aims to introduce students to the foundational principles of Christian ministry, providing a framework for deeper exploration in subsequent courses. Students will develop essential leadership skills from a biblical perspective, with a focus on servant leadership, effective communication, and team-building.
The Call to Leadership and Service
This advanced ministry course focuses on developing leadership skills and enhancing preaching effectiveness for pastoral and church leaders. Obtain practical tools for leading with integrity, preaching with power, and fostering a thriving, mission-focused ministry.
